Every attempt is made during the the design and extensive testing of our products to ensure it meets the specifications. There is no more important process than to ensure that you have everything in the kit. However, if you are missing a part, please please contact me at qrpbuilder@gmail.com  and we will send it, at no expense to you. On a rare occasion, there may be an extra component that got dropped in the bag by accident.

If you are experiencing a problem with the construction or operation, we will help you to the best of our ability via e-mail, or forwarding to the designer for assistance. Any further help, we ask that you seek out your local ham radio club or “Elmer” for help. We find that another set of eyes to view your issue is time well spent. It is easy to pass over your own errors. The low cost of our kits does not permit a service department.
