Every attempt is made during the the design and the extensive testing of our products to ensure it meets the specifications stated on the product description page and manual. There is no more important process for us to accomplish than to ensure that you have everything in the kit. However, if you are missing a part, please please contact me at qrpbuilder@gmail.com  and we will send it, at no expense to you. On a rare occasion there may be an extra component by accident.

If you are experiencing a problem with the construction or operation, we will help you as best of our ability via e-mail, or with forwarding to the designer for assistance. Any further help, we ask that you seek out your local ham club or “Elmer” for help. We find that another set of eyes to view your issue is time well spent. The low cost of our kits does not permit a service department.
